CELEBRATING 25 YEARS
In 1994, DreamYard was founded on the simple idea that kids need a place where they can dream—and build a life as learners and leaders. Twenty-five years later, and what we have become is so much more.
We educate through the arts, social justice and real world experiences. DreamYard is a place where dreams live freely and become realized by thousands of students who journey through our programs.
In our 25th Year, we sat down with some of the people who have dreamed with us and will continue on in this journey towards equity and opportunity for all. They represent the myriad of ways in which our work lives out in the world, from our very youngest participants to thriving alumni, board members and supporters, community partners here in the Bronx and from around the globe. Please enjoy, and let’s keep dreaming together.
