- Wellness Hours dedicated to increasing capacity for self- and community-care
You’ll be a great fit if…
- You are 18-25 years old
- You are based in the Bronx
- You are interested in exploring careers in Teaching Artistry and/or Arts Administration
- You are committed to social justice and anti-racism
- You identify as a mentor, mentee, leader, collaborator, maker, and/or learner
- You want to build career-readiness, workplace confidence, awareness of the field, and an unshakable network

INTERNSHIPS for DreamYard Preparatory School, Bronx Collegiate Academy, Bronx High School of Business, and Claremont International High School students, ages 14-19
DreamYard Project and the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development come together with local partners to provide paid internship experiences for Bronx youth that increase access and equity in Creative Career Pathways. These pathways—spanning Arts & Culture, Innovation, Technology, Entrepreneurship, Education, and Civic Engagement—honor youth voice, vision, and authentic contributions to the field. DreamYard internships are designed to grow with young people as they do, year after year.
