The DY Art Center ribbon cutting ceremony on September 29th drew approximately 100 friends, supporters, artists, students, and political representatives. DreamYard and Bronx Pro Real Estate Management celebrated the official opening of the 1085 Washington Avenue building, home to the DreamYard Art Center and a 90-unit affordable housing development, featuring a roof top garden certified as a natural habitat and solar technology for heat and light.
